After breakfast at your hotel in Zanzibar, your driver-guide will pick you up at 8:00 am and transfer you to Zanzibar International Airport for your flight to Arusha Airport. Upon arrival at around 9:15 am, you will be met by your safari guide, who will give a short briefing before beginning your journey to Tarangire National Park. You will enjoy a game drive in the route into the park, with a hot lunch provided during the experience. After the game drive, continue to your lodge for dinner, relaxation, and overnight stay, with facilities such as a swimming pool, quality meals, and friendly service.

Tarangire National Park is famous for its rich wildlife and large elephant populations, set within diverse landscapes of open savannah, seasonal swamps, and iconic baobab trees. The Tarangire River attracts a wide variety of animals throughout the year, and during your visit you may spot lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, and many species of antelope, making it a rewarding introduction to your safari adventure.

After breakfast at your accommodation, you will depart for Ngorongoro and descend into the crater for a rewarding game drive, with a hot lunch served around midday. The Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera and one of Africa’s most remarkable natural wonders. It supports a permanent population of around 30,000 large mammals, including elephants, buffaloes, lions, cheetahs, and the endangered black rhino. The crater is also a haven for birdlife, with species such as flamingos, eagles, and buzzards commonly seen. You will enjoy excellent opportunities to view a wide variety of wildlife within this unique ecosystem. Later in the afternoon, you will ascend the crater and drive back to Arusha Airport for your scheduled flight to Zanzibar.
