Arusha National Park is renowned for its varied landscapes, including lush montane forests, the scenic Momella Lakes, Ngurdoto Crater, and the majestic Mount Meru. Despite its relatively small size, the park is home to giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, warthogs, waterbucks, colobus monkeys, flamingos (seasonal), and numerous bird species. Optional walking safaris with an armed ranger offer a unique opportunity to explore the wilderness on foot.

Day 1 :

At 07:00 Pick-up from Arusha
Your guide will collect you from your hotel and depart for Arusha National Park, located approximately 45 minutes from Arusha City.
Then Around 08:00 (Game Drive)
After completing park formalities, begin your game drive through the park’s beautiful landscapes. Visit Ngurdoto Crater, often referred to as the “Little Ngorongoro,” and continue to the picturesque Momella Lakes, where flamingos and other water birds can often be seen.
Around 12:30 Picnic Lunch
Enjoy a picnic lunch at one of the designated picnic sites while surrounded by nature.
At 13:30 Afternoon Game Drive / Optional Walking Safari
Continue exploring the park, searching for giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, monkeys, and a variety of birdlife. Guests who may also opt for a guided walking safari (additional park fees will be applied).
Around 16:00 Depart / Leave the park and drive back to Arusha where you will be dropped at your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
